• Guest Service Attendant/Cashier
Welcomes and greets guests on arrival with an energetic and enthusiastic friendliness! Expediently manages the efficient and timely task of taking guests’ orders. He/she is knowledgeable of our menu to answer our guest’s questions about our food. He/she constantly communicates with Cooks to insure correct order preparation. He/she takes responsibility for money handling and daily reports. He/she is a team player that supports and assists fellow team members whenever possible, in whatever functions are required.

Food Handling Permit required.



• Line Cook
Responsible for the speed and smooth efficiency of the kitchen to ensure 100% guest satisfaction. He/she follows recipe standards EXACTLY as they are stated, and ensures the quality, portion size, cooking time and consistency of every guest’s order that leaves your station. ALWAYS follow safe food handling practices. He/she is a team player that supports and assists fellow team members whenever possible, in whatever functions are required.

Food Handling Permit required.

• Person in Charge (PIC)
In addition to being knowledgeable and proficient in Guest Service Attendant/Cashier and Line Cook positions, the PIC takes on additional responsibilities in every aspect of Roberto’s restaurant operations, sales, and employee relations during their shift.

Manager’s Food Handling Certificate required.
